1. 30-day return guarantee
You can return your frame within 30 days of the delivery date. Every FrameForTV frame is made to order for your Samsung The Frame model and size, and every frame is covered by our 30-day return guarantee. Returns are free: there is no charge to return your frame.
2. How to start a return
Email us at info@framefortv.com with:
- your order number
- the reason for your return
- photos of the product, if helpful
We'll reply with your return instructions.
3. Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and order details.
Upon verification, we will offer one of the following at no additional cost:
- Replacement item
- Full refund
4. Choosing your model
Our frames are made for Samsung The Frame (2021–2026), The Frame LS03B and LS03C, and The Frame Pro. The model menu on each product page shows the sizes available. Not sure which model you have? Email us before ordering and we'll help you choose.
