Refund Policy

At FrameForTv, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to provide products of the highest quality and accuracy. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a refund, replacement, or store credit under the terms outlined below.

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through our official website [www.framefortv.com], operated by FrameForTv (“we,” “us,” or “our”).


2. Eligibility for Refunds and Returns

To be eligible for a return or refund:

  • The request must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • You must provide a valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

If your product was customized, personalized, or made to order, please note that these items are non-refundable unless they are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.


3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned or refunded, including but not limited to:

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Digital downloads or virtual items

  • Gift cards

  • Products purchased on sale or clearance

If your custom product arrives defective or damaged, you are still covered under our Defective or Damaged Products Policy (see below).


4. Defective or Damaged Products

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@framefortv.com with photos or videos showing the issue.

  • Once verified, we will offer one of the following at no cost to you:

    • A free replacement, or

    • A full refund (including shipping fees).

We reserve the right to request return of the defective product before issuing a replacement or refund.


5. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you by email that we have received your returned item.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.

  • The refund will automatically be applied to your original payment method.

Please note:

  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, the refund may take additional time to appear in your account.

  • Shipping costs (both ways) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company or payment provider (it may take time before your refund is officially posted).

  3. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@framefortv.com.


7. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@framefortv.com before returning your product.


8. Return Shipping

  • To return your product, you should mail it to the address provided by our support team upon approval.

  • You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.


9. Custom & Personalized Orders

All custom-made, engraved, or personalized products are final sale.
These items cannot be returned or refunded unless they:

  • Arrive damaged,

  • Contain an error caused by FrameForTv, or

  • Significantly differ from the approved proof or description.

In such cases, we will remake or replace the product free of charge.


10. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours after purchase if production has not yet started.
Once the customization or production process begins, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.


11. Fraud & Abuse

FrameForTv reserves the right to:

  • Refuse returns or refunds suspected of fraud or abuse,

  • Limit returns or exchanges at any time,

  • Require proof of defect before issuing replacements.
