1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays)

  • Orders placed after business hours or on weekends will be processed on the next business day

  • During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped.


2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • All U.S. states

  • Select international destinations (subject to availability)

International customers are responsible for verifying local import regulations before placing an order.


3. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We ship orders using reliable carriers such as:

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • FedEx

  • Other regional or international carriers

Shipping methods and carriers are selected based on destination, product size, and shipping efficiency.


4. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • United States: 3–7 business days after shipment

  • International Orders: 7–21 business days after shipment

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, customs, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.


5. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location, weight, and shipping method

  • Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before order confirmation

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of incorrect or defective items


6. Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email address.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.


7. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

  • Lili Entertainment LLC is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier

  • Once an order is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer

  • Lost or stolen packages should be reported to the carrier directly

If you experience an issue, please contact us and we will assist where possible.


8. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

After review, we may offer a replacement or refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.


9. Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for refund

  • Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment


10. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer

  • Lili Entertainment LLC is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance
