Does it work with The Frame TV and Art Mode?

Yes, it fits The Frame TV, but note that Art Mode or motion sensors may be slightly affected. Turning off night mode usually solves this.

Will my remote still work?

If you’re using a Bluetooth remote, it will work perfectly. For IR remotes, line-of-sight may be partially blocked; simply adjust remote position if needed.
